Joe Hutchinson is the Head of the Americas at Invest Qatar, where Joe promotes investment opportunities. Prior to this, Joe served as a Board Member at CeADAR Ireland and Vice President at IDA Ireland. Joe also held positions at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Barclaycard, and Universidad de Oviedo. Joe holds a B.A. in International Business and Languages from Dublin City University and completed the Ernst & Young Emerging Leaders Program in 2012.
