Vera Ederveen is an investment analyst specializing in life sciences and health at Invest-NL since October 2023. Previously, Vera gained extensive experience through various internships, including roles at Erasmus MC, where engagement included technical medicine in orthopedics and sports medicine focused on 3D bone reconstruction, as well as optimizing 3D reconstructions in plastic surgery. Other internships featured quantifying effusion synovitis using AI in sports medicine, investigating cerebral perfusion in neonatology, and developing MRI protocols for imaging in adolescent athletes. Vera holds a Master's in Technical Medicine with a focus on Imaging & Intervention from Delft University of Technology, where additional studies in clinical technology and a minor abroad at NTNU were completed.
