Tony Crasta currently serves as Chief Credit Officer at Invest Bank P.S.C. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Executive Vice President for Credit Risk Management at Mashreq Bank from January 2008 to April 2023. Tony’s extensive experience in the banking sector began at HSBC, where a tenure from July 1992 to December 2007 as Senior Manager in Business Banking was marked by significant contributions. Earlier in the career, Tony worked at Bank of Maharashtra in a Regional Rural Posting from January 1988 to July 1992, focusing on rural lending and banking awareness in rural areas. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from K J Somaiya College of Science & Commerce (1981-1986).
