Beth Johnson serves as the Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Citizens Bank since August 2013 and has held the role of EVP - Head of Strategy. Additionally, Beth Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors at Invesco Ltd. since February 2023. Previous experience includes a partnership at Bain & Company from September 1998 to October 2013, an associate position in Fixed Income at JPMorgan Chase from September 1997 to August 1998, and an analyst role in Global Risk Management at Goldman Sachs from September 1993 to August 1995. Beth Johnson earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and MMSS from Northwestern University.
