Charles Barton is a Consultant at INVERTO, A BCG Company, since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in sourcing and procurement. Prior to this role, Charles served as a Sourcing & Procurement Buyer for BP at JLL, where management of over 380 suppliers across 22 client sites was a key responsibility. Previous positions include Procurement Officer at NEL, focusing on healthcare sourcing and supplier sustainability, and a global capital procurement role at GSK with experience in both construction and MRO teams. Charles began a career in leisure support at Roehampton Club while studying at the University of York, where a degree in Environment, Economics, and Ecology was obtained, emphasizing the economics of sustainability.
