Viktor Dubrovin is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in web design and telecommunications engineering. Viktor began their career as an IT Director at Homservice from 2008 to 2013 and subsequently held various software engineering positions at VD Studio, CITRUSDEV, SoftServe, and EPAM Systems from 2013 to 2022, specializing in software development and engineering. Most recently, Viktor worked as a Senior Software Engineer at rinf.tech until July 2022. Viktor holds a Specialist degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​ and has a foundational education in English Language and Literature from SEC Gimnasium.
