Libby Wilson (NMAS, CMHRINZ) currently serves as People and Culture Manager at Invercargill City Council since September 2023. Libby has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PowerNet and spent over two decades at Salvation Army New Zealand Fiji & Tonga, where responsibilities included HR strategy, capability development, and employment relations.
