Jeanette Gomez serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inventive since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Previously, Jeanette held various leadership roles at Avanade including Board member and Local Lead for the South Region Women Employee Network, as well as North America Talent Acquisition Lead within multiple business units, emphasizing the integration of data and creativity for impactful solutions. As a founding member of initiatives such as the National Latinx Employee Network and efforts to build Digital Innovation Studios, Jeanette has demonstrated a commitment to diversity and digital transformation in talent acquisition. Earlier experiences include significant roles at Perficient, where Jeanette managed recruitment for various business units, contributing to the growth of emerging digital solutions and building specialized teams within the organization. Jeanette holds a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University.
