Michaela Layton is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions and asset management, currently serving as Vice President at Terreno Realty Corporation since December 2021. Previously, Michaela held the position of Acquisition & Asset Management Associate at Terreno Realty and served as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Trinity Real Estate. Michaela's career began with roles in finance at Intel Corporation, where experience included positions as a Financial Analyst and Finance Intern, along with earlier roles as a Finance and Accounting Tutor and Research Assistant at the University of Washington. Michaela also gained valuable insights into private equity as a Private Equity Analyst at Longeron and supported Microsoft events as a WPC Assistant in two separate internships.
