Kelly Hitchcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services policy and government affairs. Currently serving as Senior Director at Invariant since June 2022, Kelly previously held roles at the Investment Company Institute from September 2017 to June 2022, including Government Affairs Officer and Director of Financial Services Policy. Prior experience includes a decade on the Committee on Appropriations in the U.S. House of Representatives, contributing to various subcommittees. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The George Washington University. Kelly also participated as a Senior Fellow in the Stennis Congressional Fellows Program during the 113th Congress.
