Paige Gilbert has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant at LCN USA. In 2017 they held two internships, one as a Client Service Intern at Voya Investment Management and the other as a Marketing Communications Intern at Sean Tracey Associates. In 2018 they worked as a Sales and Trading Intern at Seaboard International inc and was also a MSc Graduate Student at Strathclyde Business School. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Account Manager and Advertising Sales at Invaluable.

Paige Gilbert attended Strathclyde Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to that, they attended Merrimack College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
