Lily Meehan has a wealth of professional experience. Lily began their career in 2007 as an Intern/Docent and Special Events Assistant at the Historic Annapolis Foundation. In 2011, they became a Visitor Services Associate at Longwood Gardens. In 2012, they were a Mellon Summer Research Fellow at the College of the Holy Cross and a Museum Intern at Musée Magnin. Lily also held a Gallery Intern position at Mode Moderne in 2013. In the same year, they were a Student Curator for the "Global Encounters in Early America" Exhibition at Cantor Art Gallery in conjunction with the American Antiquarian Society. In 2014, they were an English Teaching Assistant for the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA. In 2015, they became a Client Relations Manager at Lekker Home and, in 2017, they began working at Invaluable as a Business Development Representative before transitioning to an Account Manager and then a Senior Account Manager.
Lily Meehan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in French and Art History from the College of the Holy Cross in 2014. Lily then went on to receive their Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Boston University in 2020. In 2021, they completed a Certificate in Fine and Decorative Art Appraisal Studies from the Appraisal Institute of America. Additionally, in February 2021, Lily obtained a certification from the Appraisers Association of America in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Compliant.
