Lenar Asanov currently serves as a Compensation & Benefits professional in Reward Management & Data Analytics at Invacare Corporation, managing the Global Comp&Ben and HR Data Unit across 22 countries. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Total Reward Analyst at Generali Insurance Group, where direct reporting was to the Comp&Ben/Total Reward Senior Manager. Lenar has also contributed to a short-term HR project at SGS, focusing on HR Data Analysis and Dashboards. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Analyst/PMO for Andrade Gutierrez Europa, África, Ásia, contributing to significant construction projects in the EMEA region, as well as an internship with Andrade Gutierrez that involved training and development initiatives. Lenar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from ISCTE Business School.
