Oana Căplescu is an experienced technical team manager currently working at Inulta since March 2024. Prior to this role, Oana served as a Technical Lead at Sustainalytics from January 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of developers and overseeing their professional development while focusing on technical improvements. Oana gained extensive experience at Microsoft, working as a Software Engineer in two separate tenures (November 2017 - January 2022), contributing to the development of Microsoft Teams and building a services platform. Oana's earlier roles include teaching assistant positions at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and software development at ORTEC and Misys, contributing to various projects and focusing on user interface development and code optimization. Oana holds a Master's degree in Parallel and Distributed Computation Systems from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, obtained in 2019.
