Arvind M. has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. In 2012, they worked as an Ingineur im Bereich Maintance Management at AvanashiappanIndustries until 2013. In 2014, they joined the University of Duisburg-Essen as a Graduate and remained there until 2019. From 2017 to 2017, they interned at DHL Supply Chain. In 2021, Arvind M. worked as a Senior Executive Purchase at Dr.Agarwal's Eye Hospital until September of that year. Currently, they are employed as a Functional Consultant at InTWO since October 2021.

Arvind M. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in 2012. Arvind then pursued a Master's degree in Technical Logistics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, completing it in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Arvind has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise in the field. Arvind obtained the certification for "MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant" from Microsoft in July 2022. Arvind also completed the "Learning SAP MM (Materials Management)" certification from LinkedIn in March 2020. In February 2020, Arvind obtained certifications in "Managing Logistics" and "Supply Chain and Operations Management Tips" from LinkedIn as well.
