Allen George Job has work experience as an Associate Functional Consultant at InTWO starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Associate at AKEF All Kerala eSports Federation from March 2021 to March 2022. Allen George also gained experience as an Internship Trainee at Rennaissance Hotel from July 2018 to November 2018.

Allen George Job completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Oriental School of Hotel Management, Valley View, Lakkidi. Following that, they pursued a Master of Management Studies degree from Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of Scotland. Additionally, Allen is also planning to complete another MBA degree, this time in International Finance, from the University of the West of Scotland.
