Satya Rajput is an experienced professional in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager & Head of Field Service at Intuitive Surgical since May 2018. In this role, Satya has successfully transitioned the company from an indirect to a direct market, implemented SAP systems, and launched an Online Technical Support Team while overseeing the Field Service Team. Prior to joining Intuitive Surgical, Satya held the position of National Service Head at Vattikuti Technologies, managing service support for the da Vinci and Mako systems across India, and received extensive training in the U.S. Satya's career also includes serving as System Support Manager and Senior System Support Executive at VT, as well as a Service Engineer at GE Healthcare.
