Anika Williams is an experienced instructional design professional with a strong background in developing and managing training solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Manager of Instructional Design at Intuitive since March 2020, Anika previously held roles as a Senior Instructional Designer and Training Manager at Benevis, where design and development of learning solutions were essential duties. Additional experience includes ownership of TTN Learning Solutions, where Anika created learner-centered training programs, and roles as an Instructional Designer with Straightaway, Management Concepts, The Home Depot, EXPO Design Center, and Rollins, Inc. Anika holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from The University of Georgia.
