Mitra Dhar is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Fitexpert at Fitspot since January 2019 and a Fitness Professional at YMCA since December 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Fitness Instructor specializing in Yoga and Pilates at Deckers Brands from June 2014 to January 2018. Mitra holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cotton College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Assam University.
