Ruppi Rana is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software and engineering management. Currently, Ruppi serves as the Director of Software Development at TouchBistro since November 2021, following a tenure as Director of Engineering at Validere, where Ruppi facilitated the integration of business and technical needs for a data intelligence platform. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Veeva Systems, overseeing the development of the Safety AI product, and Director of Software Engineering at BiblioCommons, where Ruppi managed multiple teams across various products. Ruppi's career also includes significant leadership positions at Field iD, Sparkroom, and ING DIRECT Canada, showcasing a deep expertise in software development, team management, and technology modernization. Ruppi holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from the University of Toronto.
