Kirit's background includes significant achievements at John Hancock as the Director of Data Science, where leadership of a cross-functional growth team resulted in over $100M in analytics-enabled value. Kirit's expertise encompasses various domains, including insurance, supply chain strategy, and operations analytics, with previous positions at KPMG, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Hatch Mott MacDonald.
