Drew Goodrich is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in leadership and training strategy across the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Enablement CoE at Intuit since May 2021, Drew is responsible for enterprise learning strategy, design, governance, and partnerships. Previously, Drew held several leadership roles at Novo Nordisk from August 2012 to May 2021, including Director of Global Leadership Development, where Drew focused on management and leadership training initiatives, and Director of Market Access Training, where Drew successfully designed and executed launch programs and training universities. Additionally, Drew has experience at Sunovion/Sepracor Pharmaceuticals in various roles, culminating as Regional Business Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
