Michael Poremba is a seasoned data architecture professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at McAfee since August 2024, Michael previously held the role of Enterprise Data Architect at Opala, where key projects included designing an enterprise data lakehouse and developing multi-tenant health data platforms. Prior to that, Michael led data engineering efforts at PicnicHealth, managed a data architecture team at Allscripts, and served as Senior Director of Data Architecture at Practice Fusion. Early career roles include significant contributions to Philips Healthcare, Visa, Encirq Corporation, and Sage IT Partners. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati.
