Obtained higher education (degree in engineering), he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology, the Faculty of Mining and Geo-engineering.

Furthermore, he obtained a MBA degree in the WUT Business School (M. Sc. in Business), and in 2007 he was appointed auditor by the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Since 2007 he has worked for the Company as Financial Manager.
