Stacie Murray is a Senior Chef with experience in remote field cooking for small groups. Stacie has held various positions such as Owner of Hungry Hikers, Food Service Manager at Nature Conservancy in Palmyra Atoll and Palmer Station in Antarctica, Head Chef/Food Service Manager at Palmer Station, Food Service Manager at Summit Camp in Greenland, and Food Service Manager at NANA Development Corporation for the United States Antarctic Program. Stacie has a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. Additionally, Stacie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Oregon.
