Mark Pedersen has over three decades of work experience, starting in 1981 as a Creative Director at Jack Morton Worldwide. In 1982, they founded Intrepid and became the CEO. In the same year, they also founded Pedersen Media Group, Inc. and held the positions of Founder, President, and CEO until 2018.

Mark Pedersen attended the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine from 1976 to 1979. Mark pursued a Masters degree in Medical Illustration and Media Communications during this time.
