Ina Seferovic possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success, administrative support, and education. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at INTRAVIS Vision Systems since September 2021, Ina has previously held roles including Office Administrator and Administrative Assistant. Prior to INTRAVIS, Ina worked as a Customer Service Administrative Assistant at MR Systems, Inc. and as a Jr. Account Manager at Thought Horizon. From 2015 to 2018, Ina contributed to Cinnabon in various operational roles, including Operations Services Manager and Executive Assistant to the President. Additionally, experience includes teaching German to young children at the German School of Atlanta and managing member services at the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. Early career involved data analysis at Delta Global Staffing. Ina holds a Bachelor of Arts in German from Georgia State University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Management and Finance at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
