Shing Tang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as a Regional Supply Chain Planner at gategroup since November 2020, Shing Tang manages inbound supply planning to ensure catering units have the necessary raw materials, collaborating with various stakeholders to adapt to changing demands, particularly during COVID-19.
