Jowel Armleh has a diverse work experience in various IT and staffing companies. Jowel worked as a Business Development Executive at IntraEdge, where they focused on IT solutions and product offerings. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at DISYS, where they provided staffing, IT consulting, and managed services to clients. Jowel also served as a Business Development Manager at Randstad USA, a global provider of HR services. Jowel started their career as a Sr Billing Specialist at ManpowerGroup, followed by roles as a Financial Service Representative at NuOz Corporation and a Financial Services Representative at Insight.

Jowel Armleh pursued their education starting in 2004 at Tishreen University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature in 2008. Later on, from 2011 to 2013, they attended CDI in Montreal, Canada, obtaining a Financial Management Certificate with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Furthermore, they have two additional certifications; one as an AWS Sales Business Partner certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023, and another Financial Management Certificate from CDI College, obtained in December 2012.
