Rusty Hailey PharmD, MBA, FAMCP, currently serves as the National Account Executive for South Central at Intra-Cellular Therapies since June 2021. Previously, Rusty held the position of Vice President of Pharmacy Benefit Services at Change Healthcare from 2018 to June 2021, overseeing strategic guidance for Fee-For-Service state Medicaid accounts and staff management. As the Chief Pharmacy Officer at TennCare from 2013 to 2018, Rusty directed the pharmacy program for Tennesseeā€™s Medicaid, generating significant cost savings. Rusty also served as the Senior Vice President and President of Pharmaceutical Operations at Cigna and as Chief Pharmacy Officer at Coventry Health Care, contributing to various aspects of pharmacy operations and management. Rusty's early career included a role as Senior National Account Manager at GSK. Academically, Rusty holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi, a Pharm.D. from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College, and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.
