Frank Chen is the Co-founder & CEO of Intowow Innovation, Ltd., where they manage a sell-side auction intelligence technology that helps publishers maximize revenue opportunities from programmatic demands. Frank is also a Co-Founder of Global Marketing Consultant, Cyntelli, and Atelli. Prior to these roles, Frank served in various positions at Yahoo, including VP, APAC Partnership & MD, Taiwan, VP & MD, Yahoo! Taiwan, GM, Sales Group, and Director, Game & Mobile & Communication.

Frank Chen attended National Taiwan University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Naval Architecture. Frank then pursued their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University from 1992 to 1994.
