Silvia Martinez de Bonatti is an experienced professional in corporate services and finance, currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Services at IntouchCX since September 2013. Prior to this role, Silvia was a Founding Partner and CFO at ICS from May 2006 to September 2013 and worked as a Call Center and BPO Adviser at Invest in Guatemala from June 2004 to May 2006. Silvia holds a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, completed in 1999.
