Michael Dikkema is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in global IT leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global IT at IntouchCX, Dikkema has previously held similar positions at 24-7 Intouch, including Vice President and Senior Director roles in IT. Additional experience includes contributions to the Toronto Internet Exchange (TorIX) as part of the admin team and leadership in network, security, and datacenter operations at Northfield IT. Dikkema also worked as a Senior Technical Specialist in the network domain at Postmedia Network, Inc.
