Carlos Zapatero serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at IntouchCX, a position held since February 2024, following the acquisition of Beliveo Corporation, where Carlos was the Executive Vice President of Business Development. Carlos has also held senior roles at Atento, Working Solutions, Granada Corporation, and Teleperformance Mexico, focusing on market development and customer support, particularly for the Hispanic market. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Schreiner University.
