Aleksandra Hinc is currently serving as the HR Manager at Into Film since January 2014, where Aleksandra carries out various administrative duties within the HR team, provides operational and administrative support, and advises employees on a variety of HR-related issues. With a background in HR coordination and advisory roles at companies such as Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., Care Outlook Ltd, and Energa Operator SA, Aleksandra has a strong foundation in HR processes, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Administration from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and has completed their CIPD education in 2015-2016.
