Marcin Przybyła has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 with XLogics where they worked as a collaborator until 2010. Marcin then moved on to VULCAN Sp. z o. o. and worked as a collaborator until 2014. In the same year, they joined Viessmann R&D Wrocław as a collaborator until 2016. Marcin also worked as the owner of EM SOFTWARE from 2008 onwards. In 2014, they started working at intive and intive - SMT Software Services as a Principal Software Development Engineer and Senior Software Engineer respectively. Additionally, in 2015, they became the owner of Cafe Art Of Living.

Marcin Przybyła obtained a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in Computer Science from Uniwersytet Zielonogórski.
