Flor Elena possesses extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and corporate social responsibility. Since 2016, Flor Elena has held multiple leadership roles at Intesa Sanpaolo, including Head of ESG Steering, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Head of ESG & Sustainability. In addition, Flor Elena contributes as a Board Member for both Centro Studi sul Federalismo and Associazione Studi e Ricerche sul Mezzogiorno, and serves as General Manager at Robert Triffin International. Flor Elena was also a member of the Board for Forum Finanza Sostenibile until April 2023 and participated as a member in the European Lab Project Task Force on Climate-related Reporting at EFRAG from February 2019 to February 2020.
