Hugh Gaston is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President at InterWell Health since September 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing P&L, leading go-to-market strategies, and driving value for physician partners through strategic guidance after a multi-company merger. Prior to this role, Hugh held various leadership positions at Fresenius Medical Care, progressing from Director of Client Services to Vice President of the Acumen business unit, where Hugh managed significant operational budgets and led teams through high growth and organizational changes. Hugh began a career in healthcare consulting and project management after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by advanced management training from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and Vanderbilt University.
