Basil Latif is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Data Science Expert at Interview Query and an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University, Basil teaches courses on deep learning, data science, and database systems. Previously held the role of Lead Data Scientist at CALSTART, where significant projects included developing an AWS-hosted application for data visualization and creating predictive models for customer profiling. Additional experience includes instructing a Data Science & Analytics bootcamp at ThriveDX, contributing to audio classification at Ex Scientia, and performing data analysis at Lob. Basil holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
