David Marcus is a Senior Developer Support Engineer at InterSystems, where since January 2012, technical support has been provided to developers, customers, and partners implementing HealthShare Solutions, which facilitate the sharing of electronic health records for healthcare providers. Previous roles at InterSystems included Senior Support Specialist and Support Specialist, focused on technical support for HealthShare. Prior to InterSystems, David was self-employed as a Business/IT/Math Consultant, working with various clients including Compare Supermarket and High 5 Games, and gained extensive experience at Northrop Grumman Information Technology over twenty-one years, serving as Principal Member Technical Staff in statistics, applied mathematics, and software development. David holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
