Art Dirik has extensive work experience in customer success and client services roles. Art currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at InterSystems. Before that, they were the Vice President of Customer Success - Americas at project44, where they led a team responsible for a significant book of business. Prior to that, they worked at FarEye as the Vice President of Client Services - Americas and later as the Vice President of Global Customer Success. Art has also held leadership positions at Spoiler Alert, Profitect, Inc., Nielsen, IRI, Demantra, i2 Technologies, and Arthur D. Little. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in customer success, post-sales operations, product management, and solution delivery. Overall, Art has successfully managed customer relationships and led teams to deliver exceptional results throughout their career.
Art Dirik has an MBA from Boston University, an MS in MIS from Boston University, and a BS in Mech Eng Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment from Traliant in 2022.
