Oluwafisayo Azeez has relevant work experience in both technical support and engineering roles. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Interswitch Group, starting as a Platform Engineer and then transitioning to a Technical Support Engineer role. In these positions, they demonstrated their ability to simulate and resolve technical incidents impacting settlement and effectively communicate the real-world impact of alarms to guide incident response. Oluwafisayo ensured final level issue resolution and documented all investigative activities.

Prior to joining Interswitch Group, Oluwafisayo Azeez worked at Nigerian Bottling Company Plc in 2014 as a Maintenance Planning Engineer.

Oluwafisayo Azeez attended the University of Lagos from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Systems Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Oluwafisayo obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in July 2018, the Payments basic training certification from ACI Worldwide in October 2019, and the ITIL Service Operation certification from PeopleCert in November 2020.
