Michael Iserhien has a diverse work experience. Michael is currently working at Interswitch Group as a Team lead in the Retail business - Industry Ecosystems. Prior to that, they worked at Sterling Bank Plc in various roles. Michael was a Team lead in the Retail Digital Business - Business Operations, where they conducted analysis and reports on financial health, sales volume, and customer acquisition. Michael also served as a Team lead in Virtual Acquisitions, focusing on MIS, Performance, and Business Intelligence. In this role, they analyzed sales performance and provided insights for growth. Additionally, Michael worked as a Central Sales Coordinator for Retail Digital Products and Sales, a Sales Partner for Transaction Banking and Corporate Solutions, a Regional Sales and Support Officer for Digital Banking Sales, a POS Business and Merchant Acquisitions Officer for Digital Solutions, and an E-payments Officer for Digital Solutions. During this time, they gained experience in customer support, strategic partnerships, and managing stakeholders. Prior to their banking career, Michael worked as a freelance blogger and writer, focusing on topics such as music, humor, football, and relationships.

From 2006 to 2010, Michael Iserhien pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Communication Studies at the University of Port Harcourt.
