Andrea Paltrinieri has extensive experience in product development and project management within the medical device industry. Currently serving as an R&D Project Designer at Intersurgical since 2011, Andrea focuses on new product development and continuous improvement of existing products, optimizing design to enhance production processes and reduce costs. Previously, from 1998 to 2011, Andrea worked as a Project Manager at Gambro, where responsibilities included designing molded components, interfacing with international marketing, developing products for renal intensive care, and overseeing standardization and cost reduction projects across Gambro's production sites. Andrea holds a degree in electrical engineering from ITIS G. Galilei.
