Laurence Reiss, CPA, currently serves as Vice President Finance at Interstate Waste Services, Inc., overseeing Treasury, Receivables, and Payables functions since May 2024. Prior to this role, Laurence held various leadership positions at Azenta Life Sciences from January 2019 to March 2024, including Senior Director of Shared Services and ESG Finance Leader, and Chief Financial Officer of Life Sciences Services, where responsibilities included managing global financial shared services and establishing comprehensive finance functions. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Controller at Kroll, where a global controllership function was implemented for over 20 countries, and key financial roles at Hess Corporation, American Express, McGraw-Hill, and PwC. Laurence began a military career in the United States Air Force, culminating in an honorable discharge as Staff Sergeant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University.
