Thomas Rydell has a diverse work experience in the field of 3D visualization and interaction design. Thomas co-founded Interspectral AB, a 3D-visualization software company, where they served as the CEO during the startup phase and later as the Sales and Business Development Director. At Interspectral, they were responsible for business development, product development, strategic development, partnerships, sales, and marketing. Under their leadership, the company achieved significant growth without external funding. Prior to Interspectral, Thomas worked as a Studio Director at RISE Interactive C-Studio, where they led applied research and development projects focused on 3D visualization and interaction design. Thomas also headed an R&D team at Norrköping Visualization and Interaction Studio (NVIS) and worked as a Software Developer at Silicon Graphics, contributing to the development and implementation of 3D user interfaces. Recently, they joined Visual Sweden as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

From 2000 to 2005, Thomas Rydell attended Linköping University where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Media Technology and Engineering.
