Vanessa Delacourt currently serves as the CEO of Capenti, a position held since April 2024, and as Chair of Herita since December 2022. As Managing Partner at Schelstraete Delacourt since 1996, Vanessa focuses on C-level assignments and manages an Executive Search consultancy office targeting managers and board members. Additionally, Vanessa has been the Global Practice Leader for Consumer & Retail at InterSearch since May 2009, leading senior executive assignments at both national and international levels within the retail and FMCG sectors. Vanessa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychological and Educational Sciences from Ghent University, complemented by studies at Vlerick Management School and Guberna.
