Giorgia Trout has extensive experience in after-sales and service management, currently working at Interpump Group S.p.A. since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing offers, sales of spare parts and machines, customer relations, handling complaints, and organizing technical interventions and international trade show participation. Prior to this role, Giorgia Trout worked at Cedacri Group SpA from January 2013 to June 2017 as the Manager of Investigation and International Back Office Messaging, focusing on swift messaging and managing practices with both domestic and foreign banks for incoming and outgoing transfers. Giorgia Trout holds a short degree in Marketing from Università degli Studi di Parma.
