Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices as part of a cross-functional team. Prior experience includes positions as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and Electronics Engineer with Grindcom, where contributions involved circuit design and control systems for forestry equipment.
