Major General Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi currently serves as the President of INTERPOL and as an Executive Committee Delegate of Asia since 2018. In addition, Major General Al-Raisi has held the position of Inspector General and Director General of Digital Services Transformation and Communications at the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi, since 2012. Their extensive experience at Abu Dhabi Police from 1986 to 2012 includes roles as Director General of Central Operations, Director of Information Technology and Communications, and Head of the Forensic Science Institute. Major General Al-Raisi holds a PhD in Policing, Security, and Community Safety from London Metropolitan University, an MBA in Innovation Management from Coventry University, a Diploma in Police Management from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Computer Science from Otterbein University.
